ASI provides free unlimited technical support for Traffic Management Systems for 30 days from the time of installation.  Once the 30 days have elapsed, every company is offered a yearly support contract.  Customers on ASI support contracts also receive a 50% discount rate for data conversions and new programming/development.

Standard Quarterly Support Fees Per Person

bulletUtilize our telephone technical support line for any training needed or for questions or concerns you may have pertaining to our systems.  Support contracts are billed quarterly and must be paid in advance.
bulletNo change for training session for new employees or detailed tutorial sessions.  Sessions are limited to one hour and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
bulletNo charge for unlimited technical support for routine questions or problems.
bulletSupport via phone, dial-up modems and PC Anywhere software.
bulletCustomized Programming Charges - $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum for any project or group of projects.

Support Charges for customers without a current support agreement
bulletThere will be no free time allowed for any technical support calls.  Each technical support call placed to ASI from any company operating on any Traffic Management Systems will be charged a fee of:
  1. $60 for the first 15 minutes.
  2. Additional time will be billed at a rate of $15 per 15-minute interval.
  3. Payment must be made by check draft at time of call.
bulletCustomized Programming Charges - $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum for any project or group of projects.
