Welcome to Automated Systems, Inc!

The business owner is Nancy Carpenter who has been working with computers, networking, medical development and more for over 34 years. She was previously a Certified Advanced Facilitator at University of Phoenix and served as President of the East Mountain Chamber of Commerce. She finds her passion in the newest technology and specifically in home healthcare.

We strive to help people by providing extraordinary service and expert repairs using only the highest quality parts available. ASI helps businesses and individuals get their work done easier and faster by using technology. We have been serving the East Mountains and Albuquerque for over 20 years.

Technical Support

We have three tiers of support to best suit your needs.

  • Phone support
    • There are often times where our friendly phone service can easily guide you through to your solution.
  • In person
    • If our phone staff has decided it would be best for you to bring in your machine, we will be happy to set up a specific date and time that works best for you. We make sure to be in the shop and waiting to sit down with you and go over the issue together.
  • On site
    • If you are unable or unsure how to bring us your machine, don't worry! We'll gladly come to you! We'll set up a date and a time that works with your schedule and bring the solution to your doorstep.

Processes

1.

When beginning the repair process, we will sit down with the customer and go over the issue together. Once we've pin-pointed the problem, we give the customer a call to decide if we need to order a part or continue in the repair.

2.

If we are waiting on a part, we will let the customer know the estimated arrival and completion date once we've received the part.

3.

Once the process is completed, we notify the customer and have them approve the fix or replacement. After approval, we invoice via check, cash or credit card and we're done!
